Customers need to Pay the whole amount in advance. As soon as the payment is received, Classes are allotted immediately. All the payment must happen online via Instamojo, Paypal (outside India), or direct bank transfer. Invoice for the selected plan is sent to the customer's registered Email id as soon as the payment is received. The Time slot and days of the week are Fixed with parents mutually.
As soon as the customer reaches out to us for a refund, we process immediate refunds for the Remaining Session based on the traif charged per-session. Customer Needs to fill a feedback form to Apply for a refund. A refund is definite once a customer completely submits the feedback form. The Refund may take 5 working days to reach back customers. Refund would be made in the same account it was transferred from.
